Im not sure why it written the govt of the union of burma...anyone out there care to share...smiths are one of the first clock companies to mass produce their clocks during 1930's..it s made in great britain.

Our Peranakan Bowls..

Peranakan and Baba Nyonya are terms used for the descendants of late 15th and 16th century Chinese immigrants to Malaya during the colonial era. They adopted the malaya customs which is assimilated to the local communities.

Vintage enamel painted chinese porcelain soup spoons

We just bought this thinking it was a normal print type spoon..until we took a closer look and found out the roses are painted with enamel paint..you cant see it clearly in this pic.There were about 50 of them for sale..we bought em all..:0
